Our neighbors, Lakeshore Village WEST, are a separate HOA and community adjacent to our neighborhood, Lakeshore Village. Contact them through the link on the top menu.
Carrington Park, a 5.65-acre space at the heart of our community, is the perfect home to our playground, free giving library, barbecue stand with picnic table, gazebo, a beautiful variety of trees, and wide-open land for a variety of activities. Visit our Gallery to see more.
The smaller of our two parks, this 1.27-acre park is perfect for team games that require a lot of space. See "Exploring Lakeshore Village" photos below for an overhead view of Winterton Park.
Explore nature's beauty along our serene trail through the woods near Garrisons Lake. The trail begins on the northwest part of our property at the pumping station (please walk along the wooded edge and do not cut through the homeowner's property). The trail extends to Messina Hill Road with openings at the north Osbourne Lane pond and the top of Carrington Loop, picking up again on the north side of the Carrington/Carlton pond. Please stay to the northern edge and be respectful of private properties that border the trail entrances and exits.
Renovated by DNREC in 2021, this is the perfect spot to launch for fishing and nature exploration. The boat ramp can accommodate hand-launched or trailered bass boats up to 20' long.
Located approximately 3 miles away, Delaware Airpark covers 190 acres of land.
This public airport is home to 45 based aircraft and Delaware State University’s flight training program. It serves corporate and recreational flyers year-round.
