NOTE: All homeowners are responsible for knowing, understanding, and abiding by 

the provisions and restrictions contained in these documents. 

*ALL homeowners* are members of the Association and are expected to participate toward the betterment of the community. 

This can be done by serving on the Board in a specific role, organizing a community activity, adopting an entrance to beautify and maintain (Want to plant flowers? We have it in the budget!), picking up trash as you see it in the street or common areas, paying your annual dues in full and on time, and/or contacting the police if you see or suspect criminal activity.
