There are two community yard sales per year, typically the third Saturday in May and September. You may have one any time. Please share the yard sale info on your social media pages. Note: If a big event takes place in Dover, we may adjust the yard sale date.

Activities are planned by a committee of homeowners using budgeted funds. Activities are usually held at Carrington Park.
Please RSVP to lakeshorevillage@yahoo.com with number of adults and children attending.
Children must be accompanied by an adult homeowner or renter to get a ticket for ice cream.
We'll have two bounce houses.
Please bring a lawn chair and enjoy a night with your neighbors!
One of our community members owns "ON A ROLL-L" food cart and he will be set up for you to buy meals for your family.
