Every homeowner is a member of the Association. Your input is essential to the success of the community. Please attend the few meetings we have each year, vote in elections, and read the newsletters so you know the latest news, updates, and events.
The Hon. Eugenia Thornton, Recorder of Deeds, Rep. Bill Bush, and Collins Jones of K Hovnanian builders will be our guests. We are meeting at the Delaware State Troopers Association building.
This meeting is when homeowners who wish to serve on the HOA Board will introduce themselves to the community.
The annual Board Member election takes place at this meeting.
